¿Qué son y cómo funcionan los Desafíos Selyt?
Los Desafíos Selyt son incentivos que te premiarán por tu esfuerzo y podrás ganar más, por cada venta realizada.
Desafíos Selyt tiene 2 puntos claves:
1.- Tramos de ventas: Se sumarán todos los productos activados durante el mes (ejemplo: un triple pack de telecomunicaciones suma 3 ventas), esto te ayudará a completar la cantidad de ventas necesarias para subir a un mejor tramo y optar a más lucas ¡Hasta el doble por cada venta!
2: Premio mensual: Cada producto tiene un valor base (Valor del tramo 1) que será pagado cada quincena, sin embargo, a medida que subas de tramo (2+) cada venta alcanzará un valor. El valor extra de cada venta (diferencia entre el tramo alcanzado y el tramo 1) se acumulará en tu “Premio mensual”.
El premio mensual se paga una vez termina el mes.

¿Cómo pagamos?
En el home/catálogo de tu App verás una nueva sección de tus desafíos, con tu progreso del mes en los tramos de ventas y premio acumulado.
• Tus pagos se transferirán a tu cuenta bancaria cada Viernes. Se pagará todo lo activado hasta el Miércoles de esa misma semana, previo a la fecha de pago. con el valor del tramo 1. (Ver tramos)
• A medida que subas de tramo (2+) acumularás un monto extra que se sumará a tu premio. Este premio, será pagado una vez al mes, al comenzar el mes siguiente.
• Las ventas que no se activen en el mes, se acumulurán para el desafío del mes siguiente!
Para explicarlo de una manera simple, imaginemos el pago de Felipe:
* Precios ficticios para el ejemplo.
Durante el mes, Felipe vendió 6 productos, lo que lo sitúa en el tramo 4.
Cada uno le dará $20.000 de ganancia, sumando $120.000 (6*$20.000) (Valor del producto en el tramo 4) Ver tabla de ganancias
¿Cómo recibe sus $120.000?
Durante el mes, en la quincena, recibirá sus pagos de tramo 1 ($10.000 según la tabla), sumando en total $60.000 (6*$10.000).
A fin de mes, se cierra el desafío y se calcula la diferencia entre su tramo (tramo 4) de ventas con el valor de cada venta según este (tramo 1). Diferencia por cada venta $20.000 - $10.000.
Según el calendario de pago, lo acumulado en su premio mensual será depositado en su cuenta bancaria. En este caso: $60.000 (Diferencia entre $120.000 y los $60.000 que ya fueron pagados).

Existen 5 tramos. Mes a mes tendrás nuevos desafíos para ganar más lucas 💰
Tramo 1: 1 Venta Activa
Tramo 2: 2 a 3 Ventas Activas
Tramo 3: 4 a 5 Ventas Activas
Tramo 4: 6 a 9 Ventas Activas
Tramo 5: 10 + Ventas Activas
